Mr. Reed retained Michael Graves, founding partner of The Gravity Company, to develop the Reed family's vision of the mixed-use redevelopment, including the next generation Lincoln dealership. The Gravity Company has worked with the Federal Aviation Administration, Texas Historical Commission and the National Parks Service to not only secure all that was needed to build this amazing showplace, but to preserve the history of this stellar location.
